Welcome to the special session on RNA at the ISMB/ECCB 2007!
The important role of RNA in cellular regulation has been realized only in
recent years. This in turn has led to sharply increased interest in
RNA bioinformatics, read the
background section
for a more detailed introduction to the topic.
This special session aims to present state of the art computational methods
for dealing with the newly discovered "modern" RNA world. Abstracts for the
individual presentations are available here.
