Flow Reactor Class Library
Overview
The Flow Reactor Class Library is a C++ classes for evolutionary
flow reactor in silico experiments based on the Standard Template
Library.
The reactor classes use a genetic algorithm for handling biological sequence
data in a flow reactor, they can
easily be inherited, and give various possibilities for logging any status
of the reactor run like sequence innovations, fitness,
distance to target, diversity, relay series up to complete lineages.
For analysis of the log-files some perl-scripts
are provided.
