prediction of RNA tertiary structure

Programs for RNA secondary structure prediction are well established, their capabilities and shortcomings are fairly well understood. Tertiary structure prediction, in contrast is still an largly unsoved problem. Nevertheless, significant progress has been made in the last few years with several new methods being developed.

We will try to establish the state of the art in RNA tertiary structure predcition by testing currently available approaches and comparing the quality of results.
