If you need support for any aspect of using SOSlib please run through the following procedure:
a) check the documentation here and
perhaps look at bugs already submitted here
(please, also browse the `Status: closed' entries for bugs that have been
repaired for the CVS version)
b) You now have 3 options depending on the type of problem that you have:
(i) if the documentation does not describe something in sufficient detail, i.e. you 'just' need support at this point then please submit a support request here,
(ii) if SOSlib doesn't comply with the documentation or crashes etc, i.e. SOSlib has a bug, then please report the bug here, or
(iii) if SOSlib doesn't quite meet your requirements i.e. you'd like a new feature to be added then submit a feature request this page
c) in addition send an email containing at least the summary description and the type of submission you have made to the discussion email list at sbmlsolver-discuss at lists.sourceforge.net. This last step is essential if you want a timely response.
If you are a frequent user of the SOSlib you might want
to subscribe to our sourceforge email list. Here
you can ask questions about installation and usage, both as a command-line
tool or as a programming library. You are welcome to request information or
start controversial discussions about the underlying methods as
incorporated in SOSlib. Sourceforge project RSS Feeds are available here.
If you are only interested in news (e.g. new releases, major bug fixes
etc.) you can also just subscribe our hand-curated :) RSS news feed:
