ALIDOT
Detecting Conserved RNA Structures
The program alidot is designed to
detect conserved RNA secondary structures in small data sets of
related RNA sequences. The method, which is described in detail
in [1,2], is a combination of structure prediction and comparative
sequence alignment.

associated perl scripts are part of the
Vienna RNA Package
which is distributed subject to this COPYRIGHT
