We would love to see the SOSlib to become part of a set of additional layers extending the basic functionality of libSBML towards (growing) interfaces to well-tested and high-level algorithmic implementations such as SUNDIALS. The goal is to provide application developers in the fields of bioinformatics, mathematical and systems biology with well-founded methodology for an integrated analysis of biological reaction networks. We are an open source project and hope to attract a significant community of users. The roadmap outlines the current plans for further development. If you are interested in contributing email to our email list.
