Cycdeco (Gleiss et al., 2001), (Gleiss et al., 2001) reads undirected unweighted graphs (GML-format) and calculates a minimum cycle bases, the set of relevant cycles, the set of shortest and unique shortest and essential cycles, or the interchangeability classes of relevant cycles.
