The Vienna RNA Package (Hofacker et al., 1994) (Lorenz et al., 2011) consists of a C-library and a set of stand-alone programs to solve problems related to RNA secondary structures. Among them are (sub)optimal structure prediction, RNA-RNA interaction analysis, energy evaluation, folding path identification, consensus structure prediction, and structural alignment.
