RNALands (Fast and Efficient Sampling of Structures in RNA Folding Landscapes) is a joint collaborative project on RNA kinetics involving the French Inria groups AMIB and BONSAI, the Université Paris-Sud, and the Austrian TBI. (FWF-I-1804-N28 and ANR-14-CE34-0011)
FWF-I-2874 is a shared project of the Bioinformatics Group at Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg (Germany) and the Austrian TBI that focuses on predicting RNA-RNA interactions.
